As a Foundry52 consultant, you will be working with executives and managers within our client companies to deliver consulting services. This is all done 'virtually' via the internet and you have the added benefit of working remotely from your home. Very little travel is required.


Our Principal Consultants/Solution Architects are key to the overall success for all of our client projects.  These team members are true ‘thought leaders’ that want the best for not only the design and delivery of the project, but for each and every resource on the project.


  • Work closely with customers to provide strong Salesforce expertise and services.

  • Complete project lifecycle consulting leadership.

  • Author well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products.

  • Identify and translate the risks and benefits to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.

  • Provide clients guidance on design and infrastructure blueprints.

  • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical features and functions resulting from new product releases and acquisitions.

  • Ensure user adoption.

  • Act as a trusted business advisor.


  • Ability to manage multiple projects teams, priorities, timelines and budgets to a successful conclusion. 

  • Capacity to manage priorities across multiple, parallel tasks.

  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.

  • Efficient problem solving for optimization of customer processes, issues, and gaps.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with business goals and process requirements gathering, and aggressive leadership with implementation, testing, migration, rollout, training and ongoing administration services.

  • Active Salesforce administrator, CPQ, consultant and/or development certifications.

  • 5+ years of Solution Architect, PMO, or Principal Project Management. 

  • Strong analytical and computer skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to author solution designs, participate in Statements of Work, Project Change Control Process, and roll up your sleeves to write procedures and business process documentation.

  • BS degree is required.
