As a Foundry52 consultant, you will be working with executives and managers within our client companies to deliver consulting services. This is all done 'virtually' via the internet and you have the added benefit of working remotely from your home. Very little travel is required.


The Foundry52 Senior Project Manager will primarily be responsible for managing the delivery of Salesforce Platform solutions.


  • Perform standard project management tasks such as creation and management of workplans, project plans, budget, issue identification and resolution.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently. 

  • Work with customers and consultants to identify and design business solutions.

  • Participate in the sales Statement of Work process and Phase 2 planning

  • Communication to prospective and current customers the Foundry52 Methodology.

  • Contribute to the company’s methodologies through improved processes and implementation templates.


  • 3+ years delivering Salesforce Platform CRM and/or ERP solutions as a Project Manager, including experience developing project plans, managing resources, budgets and timelines.

  • A strong background in Business Analysis in one or more key business domain areas.

  • Self-motivated, self-directed, highly organized, strong attention to detail.

  • Analytical – be able to successfully manage technical and organizational complex environments.

  • Management of customer expectations stakeholder roles and responsibilities, timelines, escalation and change management processes, communication and risk management plans.

  • An excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management).

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • BA degree is required.
